Purchased a Brinsea EcoGlow Safety 600 Chick Brooder, with plastic cover and a evap block (which I haven't used yet).
The brooder heat plate is fantastic and much easier than a lamp, chicks are happy. I later bought the larger unit, 1200, to accomodate my next lot of chicks.
Questions were promptly answered by Aussie Chook Supplies and I received the orders within the week.
