I received a call from Authorsbreeze. I made it blatantly clear that I simply wanted a refund. I requested a refund (twice) before ever receiving any editing or services from Authorsbreeze. Authorsbreeze sent me an edited manuscript of my book (after multiple requests for a refund) One of the project managers for Authorsbreeze contacted me and told me that it was not possible for me to recieve my refund because I had already recieved services. I made it perfectly clear that I recieved the services after twice requesting a refund and that I did not wish to work with a company that was only willing to communicate with me when I was requesting a refund. I was continuously told that the refund was not possible due to having "recieved services" which I state again, took place after multiple attempts of requesting a refund
