I published my children’s book in 1997 as an ebook and print book. But when I got busy with my life, I forgot my account credentials. They charged a small fee for their service, and within a month, they were to get the other book down and even helped me restore my account. They even suggested republishing the book, and I might just do it. Excellent team, very empathetic.
