We have been a customer with Avanti, for over 13 years. You used to be a pleasure to deal with. Now, you are not. Impossible to get hold of a human, and you have suspended our account, while I was in hospital, over a charge of £69. Your communication is appalling. There is none. The 'overdue balance' was just a number, no detail as to what this was for, and NOBODY WOULD CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS. We are desperate to leave your company, and are talking to trading standards, as you do not show ANY respect to your loyal customers
