Abysmal customer service and onerous returns policy. Avoid! I purchased a Motherboard, CPU and RAM from AWD-IT a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the motherboard failed, which was proven by using the CPU and RAM in another motherboard. I have since purchased a replacement motherboard from a more reputable company, so now have a working PC. AWD-IT refuse to repair, replace or refund the motherboard, which is in breach of the Consumer Rights ACT 2015. They say that they require the CPU/RAM as well. However, the CPU/RAM is not faulty. The fault is with the motherboard, which they will not replace/repair/refund. Avoid at all costs and use them at your peril!
