I worked with Aaron for a couple years when I was at a low point in my life. When I started working with him, my emotions were basically a shaken up bottle of Coca-Cola, that could be opened up at any time and explode. Working with him gave me the skills to communicate and deal with difficult people. Aaron also has a gift for getting you to pull from memories that you may have forgotten, pushed away, or maybe just didn't understand their significance at the age they occurred. I gained knowledge about myself of why things trigger me the way the do, and probably gained years on my life not being so stressed out about what other people are doing, and more focused on what I'm doing.
