Baby sleep made simple was easily the best purchase we made for our baby. Everyone has sleep advice when your child isn't sleeping and we felt like total failures as our child kept waking. After a few weeks on the programme she was sleeping through the night and then we kept going with the support to tweak her sleeping times a bit. She's now 2 and sleeps 12 hours a night. I can't recommend this strongly enough!!!
