Their guarantee ain't worth diddly!! I bought a refurbished pixel 6. Suddenly (about 6 months later), I noticed the bottom corner of the screen had popped up. I *thought* it was because I'd dropped it (from a height of about 2 1/2 feet onto a wood floor -- a drop that my other phones have survived no problemo) a couple of days prior. The damage was so subtle. Admitting I'd dropped the phone was my first mistake. That *IMMEDIATELY* invalidates the warranty. So...unless you're an amazing person who never drops their phone, don't rely on the warranty. Well, I couldn't push the corner back down *into the case*. So I had a guy at a cell phone repair shop look at it. -- Invalidation number 2, because you're not supposed to let 3rd parties look at the damage! But he concluded that the corner had been pushed apart because the battery is getting ready to explode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, *THAT* is *NOT* my fault!!! But all of a sudden, customer service is very quiet.
