If the device is fine, you’ll have no problems. If there is an issue with your device, expect terrible customer service and a battle for them to uphold your basic consumer rights. I had an issue with my MacBook and I returned it for a refund. I was told it wasn’t covered by their warranty due to water damage. I did not cause the damage so it was sent to me with water damage (you’re not allowed to fully inspect the device upon arrival). The reviews make it sounds like this is a common scam.
I have spent 4 months contacting them daily for them to issue a refund. They have finally done so because the device was ‘lost in transport’. The customer service is a chat bot that won’t answer your questions and they are based in France. There is no contact number to speak to anyone.
I’d give 0 stars if I could.
