Terrible company to be avoided - not worth it, really avoid! I bought a laptop with an English keyboard. They sent me a Spanish keyboard with French stickers on top of it. The screen has several bad stains on it, showing all white.. which makes watching it a pain! The sound does not work at all! They sent me a dodgy charger also which weirdly weighs so much, it doesnt stay in the laptop and bends the C port.The battery also only lasts 1 hour.. I tried to return it and they offered me a discount and to send stickers for a new keyboard.. they then took two weeks to say that they were not able to send me keyboard stickers, by which time the month return policy had finished and i became stuck with the laptop. The customer service team also changed language a couple of times - which I couldnt understand.. Avoid at all costs, i tried to save some money but have ended up losing a lot of money. Shame on you Backmarket!
