I received my order last week after ordering the Spa bundle in November 2023. My girlfriend did use it shortly after it arrived and did enjoy the product.
I, however, did not enjoy the ordering experience. I understand there have been challenges with sourcing products, and shipping, but I would have really appreciated a bit more information regarding the status of my order.
Sure, some of the time, you may not have had any updates, but any update is a good update (as far as I am concerned). I gave $600 to an unfamiliar company that offered me no updates whatsoever on an order I had placed for Christmas.
I think a weekly or semi-monthly update would have made me (and others) more comfortable.
