I initially ordered a large size back bath pillow. When it arrived I discovered that it was just too big for our tub. I went online and was delighted to find an easy, straightforward way to initiate a return and re-order a smaller size pillow. The process couldn't have been easier, a shipping label was printed, a refund for the difference in price was submitted and the order for the new pillow was placed. Simple!
The new pillow arrived and is perfect for our tub. It is so comfortable, it transforms the bath experience! Great product!
