I booked this service after a previous experience landing in Bali with no transport orgnised. Needless to say landing in a new country after a very long flight from Europe, the last thing you need is to be dealing with a chaotic scene with various people trying to sell you their taxi services. Booking with Bali Holiday Secrets removed all the stress & hassle. Advance Communication by email was excellent. At the airport, the driver was there on time and had a clear sign marked out for me and he was very professional and friendly.
