I am giving my stay at the Villa Koru (August 6 to August 20) a 5 Star rating, ONLY….because that is the highest rating available, if there was a 10 star rating available I would certainly give it 10 stars. Michael is the ultimate and professional host as well as the Master Concierge. His expert knowledge derived from years of first hand experience, makes him the go to man for any Holiday stay in Bali. His straightforward approach gives you the facts and information you need straight out, and easy to understand, but if you have any questions he is more than happy to explain so that you will have the knowledge to make your Holiday a success. If you have any questions about where to go, what to do, how to plan an outing, which restaurants to go to, Michael can answer your questions, all you need to do is ask!! The Villa Koru was EXACTLY as pictured, which in todays, post COVID world in Bali is extraordinary. It was peaceful, exceptionally clean, inviting, roomy, relaxing, and much, much more than I ever thought it would be. Mia, the Villa manager was absolutely extraordinary, she is so professional, accommodating, kind, caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing the highest level of customer service to make your Bali Holiday enjoyable. The breakfasts and meals that she cooked for me were outstanding. Take Michaels advice from “Bali Holiday Secrets” and book a driver for your day trips or just going for lunch or dinner. I had the distinguished privilege of having “Gede Ardi” as my driver. His knowledge of Bali, its culture, its geography, its roads and routes, and his exceptional ability to navigate the traffic chaos was always amazing. His outstanding understanding of the English language made our days on the road very enjoyable and extremely educational for me. I owe a great deal of gratitude to him for the success of my Bali holiday. It was indeed a privilege to have him as my driver!! This was my first, but not my last trip to Bali. I will forever consider Michael, Mia and Gede, as my lifelong friends, I miss them already and am looking forward to seeing them again!!! If you are planning a trip to Bali, get Michaels book “Bali Holiday Secrets” study it, read it over and over, do exactly what he tells you to do, and you will be far ahead of the rest of the crowd (literally) especially when you are engaging the entry process. I bought the online version of the book months before I began the trip. I read and re-read it over and over, I did exactly what Michael said to do and I went through the entry process very quickly. The book is for ALL of your Bali Holiday experience, use it for ALL of it, that’s why Michael wrote it!!!!!!!! GET THE BOOK….READ IT THOURGHLY….FOLLOW MICHAELS ADVICE….DO WHAT HE SAYS TO DO……..AND YOUR BALI HOLIDAY WILL BE A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS!!!!
