My wife & I booked 5 seperate day tours with Michael and his team during our stay in Bali. The whole process was smooth and the level of communication was exceptional and made us feel at ease from the start. We had two different drivers during our tours Gede & Samsul. The vehicles were immaculate and air conditioned. Both were so friendly and polite and their knowledge of Bali, it's history, the roads and tourist hotspots are second to none. We truly learnt so many things about this beautiful island from these two gentlemen. Nothing was ever a problem, whether it be guiding us through the tourist hotspots, walking us through the process or simply waiting for extended periods until we finished our tours.
