My wife and I visited the island for the first time this August and we were so impressed by the completeness and clarity of the website that we booked 5 different activities with Micheal and his team. The airport pick-up was the first occasion to get to meet Bali Holiday Secrets and it couldn't have been more appreciated. It was a real luxury to have our driver pick us up in the chaos of Bali airport! While everybody had to look for their drivers, our driver Wayan asked us to send him a selfie so that he could directly come to us instead! During our day tours, we had two different drivers, Wayan and Gede, and we felt extremely comfortable with both of them. Thanks to their recommendations we have lived our short stay in Bali to the fullest, avoiding some "tourist traps" and seeing some spectacular places. By talking to them we had a deeper vision on the fascinating Balinese culture. The vehicles are clean and in great condition and the drivers also offer you complementary water bottles, which in the hot Bali weather is a great plus! A special shout-out also to Sari, our personal guide during the Mount Batur sunrise trekking. She was a great travelling companion during our hike and she told us a lot of interesting info about Mount Batur and Balinese culture in general. We truly appreciate the opportunity to enjoy the experience of visiting Bali without the stress of finding a taxi or booking many activities by ourselves.
