Our first time to Bali and we booked a day tour/driver through Bali Holiday Secrets. Our driver Gede Suardika was great, he was at our hotel early and let us know he had arrived and was waiting through WhatsApp. During the day he answered any questions, was a great tour guide and had a good laugh. Nothing was trouble, extra stops for photos or a few groceries on the way back to the hotel. His van was clean, bottled water supplied and a great folder with some good Bali info in the back of the seats. When we head back to Bali I will be asking Balia Holiday Secrets for him again.
