Thanks to Michael and Bali Holiday Secrets. Having read all the reviews about Taxis in Bali, I was particularly nervous. I found Bali Holiday Secrets when trying to research Top Tourist tips. I booked through the website. I received the details of the driver and a photo of the driver and his car. I received a WhatsApp message from Reven, my driver, the day before I arrived. This gave me reassurance. On the day Reven I received another WhatsApp message telling me where he was and with a selfie. Reven was easy to find and he was waiting for me. The journey was stress free and Reven pointed out various sites/information on the way to my hotel. Really kind, courteous and welcoming. Honestly cannot recommend Bali Secrets enough. Paid on the credit card and in advance. Nothing more to pay (unless you want to tip the driver).
