Everything was perfect. Michael and his team contacted me right away after booking and continued to communicate with me throughout. My driver, Made, reached out to me a day before to confirm my arrival times. After my plane landed Made texted me right away to inform me where to go and of his location and provided a photo of himself again. Clearing customs and baggage took quite a long time but Made waited for me patiently and we kept texting status updates. Finally after clearing customs, I was able to locate my driver very quickly and he took good care of me from there on. He carried my luggage, we made friendly conversation during car trip, and Made stopped at a shop for me prior to arriving at the villa to help purchase my groceries and necessities.
