Excellent communication from organisation and driver - especially when driver details changed.
Pre arrival provision of driver’s WhatsApp details to be able to exchange selfies and coordinate pick up details is an excellent option - - and in our case enabled us to inform him when our flight was delayed thus avoiding wastage of his time.
The communications laid out very clearly what to do/where to go on arrival - and the process worked flawlessly.
Would definitely use again.
