Putu was the best! The tour was perfect and exactly what we wanted. He was easy to communicate with both before and during the tour and his knowledge of the area and the places we wanted to visit very helpful for first time visitors to Bali. But what makes him stand out was when we had a minor medical issue and had to find a health clinic with specific medications. It was a pretty stressful situation, but Putu remained calm and professional and his help was invaluable. I can recommend him enough. Bali can be a little overwhelming for first time visitors, but Bali Holiday Secrets is the best and most complete resource I found and encourage anyone thinking about a visit to review the entire site.
