Do yourself a favor - book with Bali Holiday Secrets and let them sweat the details. From the day I found their website and saw Michael answering people's questions in real time (talk about customer service!) until our driver Kadek dropped us off after our completely customized shore excursion we only had to concentrate on enjoying our vacation. Communication was great - booking was easy, we were given the name, photo (of both car and driver) and contact info for our driver (WhatsApp- free and easy). The price was great (less than $65 USD for an all-day tour, from pick up at the cruise ship at 10:30 AM to drop off at 7 PM). The vehicle was clean and comfortable (well-air conditioned, and our driver, Kadek, always had it cooled before we got in) and the driver spoke very good English, gave us good information about the area, the people, the sites, was prompt, courteous, and was willing to drive us wherever we wanted to go, let us stay as long or as short a time as we wanted, and was very conscious about our time in order to get us back to the port on time. Our driver's name was Kadek Midarta, and while I don't know if you can request a particular driver, I would request him the next time we're in town if possible. Great experience all the way around. Bali was our 4th Indonesian port on this cruise, and while Bali felt most touristy, the price didn't reflect that. Inexpensive, professional driver, great communication from even before we booked, and getting the most out of our single day in Bali - this was a great experience and we highly recommend Bali Holiday Secrets.
