I originally ordered the boots in size 6 as I have very wide feet, but actually was able to size down to a 5. The website does give very specific sizing instructions but I thought my feet might be too wide and ignored them. I was wrong! However, customer service is fantastic and I was easily able to exchange them for the size down.
