Terrible company advertise things they don't have in stock. I am sure they will reply with something like this is unusual which is a complete load of rubbish, read the reviews it happens a lot. Then having contacted me to say they had oversold it, (even though the website was still saying they had stock) they then said it would be in next day and sent out, it was not, it took over a week to arrive when i ordered next day delivery, did they refund the carriage no they didn't they just gave back the difference between next day and normal delivery, so still cost nearly £30 to be delivered a week late. In addition they know they need a telephone number for their courier ????? and didn't think to ask for it until it was too late for it to go out before the weekend even though there had been many emails regarding the order. All this was all miss-managed by their customer services representative Rebecca who I am sure will respond to this with platitudes about how it is not their fault and other such rubbish, read the other reviews and order at your own risk, its something I most certainly wont be doing ever again.
