The help and advice we received prior to making our purchase was great, very polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the goods we ordered failed to arrive, which we initially put down to having ordered just prior to Xmas, but it turned out the item had actually gone astray. The service we received to rectify this was fantastic, a replacement order was issued asap, with investigation by the Bathroom shop being made alongside this, meaning there was no delay or inconvenience to ourselves. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
