I ordered 2 items that their website showed as "in stock". After they took the money they sent an email saying the items were not actually in stock and that it would take 2 months before they could send out the items. It was disappointing but I was ok with waiting the extra time. So the 2 months has passed and still no items. I contacted them to find out where the items were, they responded saying I don't know where I got that information from but it would be another 2 months wait. I responded with a copy of the original email with the initial delay and they have not responded to my email. The 2 items I ordered are still showing as "in stock" on their website when they clearly know they have no stock of these items. Poor communication, poor customer service.
