I subscribed to BBC Maestro as I was particularly interested in the work of Ragan Chategee and Tim Spectre. I had hoped that there would be new and more detailed information but there is nothing new that I haven't already read or heard on free podcasts.
Very disappointed.
I will look at the vegetarian cooking and bread- making courses, and hope to get some value from those.
