If I could give a zero I would. Ordered something & was sent a completely inferior item. To be fair they emailed directly back to me regarding complaint. Offered to give me 35% refund & keep item or return item for full refund but I would have to pay postage. Was quoted £17 to return small package by Royal Mail tracked. So the better of the 2 options was to get refund. Ended up spending a lot of my hard earned money on a useless item that is only fit for bin 😡
