I have been using this company for years and normally have a really good experience. Unfortunately I purchased a bed off them which was not fit for purpose and their customer service has been really poor. I informed them from day one that the product went up to scratch them. They told me they look into it then they asked me to send an email and it’s been going from there at the end of it. They have given me a bed that can’t be used for the £20 refund, really appreciate I have accepted this as a goodwill gesture, but they have lost a valued customer. I will from now on purchase from someone else. They actually value their customers and their opinions. I don’t know how many photos I have but I still get the same answer. It’s not a problem you put the bed up your problem.
