A terrible service and awful quality. The in-correct bed was delivered and when replaced it was damaged. The customer service team then told me it was my fault having reviewed the extensive photographic evidence that I supplied including part of the bed which was split and other areas where it was chipped and broken / snapped elements. They made no reference to the dangerous staples poking out - certainly not appropriate for a child's bed. I would not advise using this company or purchasing anything from them.
