I love your slippers. That’s why this is the fourth pair I’ve purchased, but it was an incredibly frustrating shopping experience this time. I live in the US and first discovered your slippers on Amazon. I’ve previously purchased them on Amazon and on your website and never had any trouble. This most recent time I noticed Apple Pay was an option on your website and tried to use it. Every time I would try to complete the payment, it would say my item was unavailable and my shopping cart was emptied. I sent an email requesting support and was told that There would be an option to complete the transaction using Amazon Pay within the next month and to try back later. Over a month later, nothing had changed and I followed up and was told it would be ready in a week or two. Still nothing. Followed up and was given the same push off. I finally decided to just try using my credit card and voilà. I don’t know why the customer service rep couldn’t just suggest that option to me.
Regarding the question below, I don’t know if my delivery will be on time. It’s still enroute to me, which I understand since it’s coming from overseas, but I was not given an expected delivery date.
