l phoned Beegone on a Sunday because l had a wasps nest, Mark phoned me back later that day and made appointment to come Tuesday afternoon at l o/clock, they turned up on time, very polite and caring. Showed me picture of active nest, removed it and took it away with them, sprayed insepticide to stop another swarm nesting again. charged me £95 which was so worth it for peace of mind, as wasps were so agressive. would recommend Beegone to anyone, both were efficient and informative.
