The product itself is amazing, 10/10 will buy another, however there were miscommunications in the order process. There were emails unanswered and it took over a month to recieve the product, with little notice of tracking details etc.
nevertheless I treat this as an isolated incident and will try again because I love the product (Hemp Seed Face Oil).
