Ordered two of the 15cm depth rustic metal bracket shelves for the kitchen. Arrived quickly but I noticed I hadn’t been sent the fixings. I emailed quite late that evening once I had checked the items. Next morning, phone call apologising and email confirmation that the fixings were being sent next day delivery which meant I could put the shelves up on the weekend I wanted. Although initially I was missing the fixings this was rectified very quickly and caused me no real issues. Shelves look lovely! Will be ordering again in the near future!
