Great appreciated the customer care of this company. We ordered a floating mantle beam and they sent one, which looked rough and ready ... not the kind of thing we wanted. We emailed describing why we weren't happy with it, then rang, and without any quibbles they immediately said they would send another one, more along the lines of what we wanted, and they would arrange for the first one to be picked up without any cost to us. The second one arrived and was just as we had hoped. Really excellent service, and a lovely mantle beam now in place.
