Ordered floating shelves and then realised I had ordered the wrong depth. Very very helpful at changing my order. Sent emails to let me know how my order was progressing (made to order) and shipped quickly and wrapped very well on arrival. They are beautiful shelves. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
