The mantle I ordered unfortunately came damaged due to something happening in transit. I emailed Ben Simpson Furniture and a very helpful lady called Laura had another made for me and sent out within three days. The damaged mantle was collected the day after I contacted them.
Unfortunately the new mantle also arrived damaged due to taking a knock, again presumably in transit. I emailed again and was given the option of a 50% discount or another mantle. Since the damage wasn’t so noticeable as before I opted for the refund.
I’m happy with the quality of the mantle but I’m very impressed with the level of customer service I received.
