I ordered a 'first Christmas' onesie for my grandson only to be advised that there may be a delay with the delivery due to it being a very busy time for them. Went into a total panic as I was leaving the country at the end of November and had to have it before this. Emailed them explaining my situation and received an immediate response stating that they would prioritise my order and make sure it was delivered before my leaving. The onesie arrived 2 days later and more than happy with the product. I wish all companies had the same customer service ethos. Can only wish Bespoke Baby all the best and much success.
