This company offers a design service which fails to meet what is offered, and has poor customer service. I asked for an initial design visit because I needed help working out the options available to me in replacing an extremely large outdated cabinet in my new flat. The person who called round was not particularly effective, and I was disappointed to be refused a further design visit after receiving the drawings, which would have helped me better place the proposed cabinet in my room. I was pleased with the drawings, and the cabinet meets the agreed terms, but I am disappointed with the actual outcome, due to its size and proportion in the room. I could have made a better decision if the design service had supported me effectively. There is a tech option which allows you to place your tv in your room to get the size right before purchasing - such a good idea. A second visit accompanied by the drawings, or even an option such as that, would have resulted in a better outcome and a happier customer. Which brings me on to customer service... I did write to raise my concerns with the designer and then after 14 days, with the owner of the company, and, remarkably, have received no reply from Paolo, despite a gentle reminder and offer to discuss on a site visit, after a further 21 days.
