Great company and frames and framing are great. However, on this occasion the delivery driver the outside my front on the wet ground (it had raining heavily on and off that day) and I only discovered it by accident. The doorbell was not rung, no knock on the day and no message to say the parcel had been left. Thankfully the picture inside was undamaged.
