Perfect transaction apart from one little hiccup. My custom size frame arrived quickly and well packaged, upon removing the protective film I found a small (5mm) scratch on the glass. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and a replacement arrived the next day f.o.c. I can only assume it was a manufacturing issue as the protective film was undamaged. The frame looks fantastic and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.
