I ordered 3 glass fronted aluminium frames which were dispatched and arrived promptly. However, the box was dented on arrival and the frames didn’t appear to have been very well packed/padded in the box. All 3 glass fronts were smashed to bits. Best4Frames were excellent at providing replacements - which arrived much better packaged and intact. So no complaints about the product itself - which looks great or the response from the customer service team, but the initial packing and delivery was a bit disappointing - and has left us with some cut fingers where the shards of glass had spread all round the inside of the frames and poked through the plastic wrap and a trip to the tip to get rid of them!
