During my visit it was very uncomfortable with Carrie and her hairstylist speaking in their language while just staring at me. Once the hair system didn't fit well, she disregarded me as a customer and never got back to me to see if she could help me find a unit that fit my needs. So far it's been very Dissapointing with not much help anywhere.
