Hi, I was happy with products and happy with th price, but after I placed my order I recieved a phone call stating somehow you didn't cover cost of shipping, I stated I'm sure it said free shipping the gentleman said we don't do free shipping, I saidcwell how did my order go through he said he was unsure of that and would I please pay the shipping fee, then he said even if you just cover half the shipping, I stated I'm certain it had free shipping then hecsaid ok, I asked if I was still going to recieve my order he said yes..and it arrived a few days later ty regards Jenny Taylor
