When DFYE says everything will be done, they mean it - which is where the problem is! While this shows that they live up to their claims, for somebody like me who likes to be in the middle of things, this came to be a bit problematic as I felt as if I was third wheeling in my own business. After many conversations with Rowena and her team, we did end up increasing my involvement in the whole scenario which was a relief.
