The Big Bear Promo were excellent. The bears were perfect when we received Ross Robinson went above and beyond to meet our specific requirements for the bears and made sure that we received them well within time required for our schools anniversary. Ross was efficient and friendly and dealt with our order quickly and smoothly. We will definitely use Big Bear Promo again. A great experience and lovely bears.
