We contacted around 5 different companies to source our company merchandise and Sam Lewis was the most attentive and helpful out of all those companies. He responded very quickly to our questions and followed up to ensure that we were happy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made us feel like a valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble. He also had a sense of humour and kept us informed all through the order process. We will have no worries in dealing with Big Bear Promotions and Sam Lewis in the future.
