Birchall blackburn have been unable to complete the purchase. Currently a day late with no urgency shown on their side at all. They have lost the money in some holding account, then transfered it to the wrong sort code and now they are twiddling their thumbs waiting till lunch before doing anything else. This sums up the overall experience well. No urgency, no attempt at professionalism, just a painful, incompetent experience all round. At this point I am going to have to cancel the move and incur substantial costs due to their incompetence. Please avoid these people at all costs. I wouldn't wish this on anyone
