I hate the result and there has been little support or guidance. After straightening I have gaps between my lower teeth which I hate. The retainers for after my teeth were straightened cause movement in my teeth so that when I wake up there is always a gap between my front teeth which closes over the day. Told Bitesoft and there was no follow up so I kept using them. I now have small triangular gaps that have formed around my front teeth, I assume from the movement of the retainers. Can't purchase new retainers through Bitesoft either because it looks like they are based on my old impressions so would be the same. I wish I had used a different company.
