I began my treatment when they first started though covid - app never worked for me with all of the important dates to eg end of treatment time (never forget this time) if you do not contact them and say you have finished you treatment before this date and order the refinement aligners they make you pay for all of the next part I would have thought contacting you on this date would have been part of the service but it’s not !
